Technical Events

Technical Events are conducted in the following domains.

• i. Poster Presentation:
• • a. Team Size: Maximum 2
  • b. Guidelines: All UG/PG/Pharmacy Students are allowed to participate.The team need to carry all the required materials related to poster [6 (L)*3 (W)] feet standee.
  • c. Judging Criteria: Innovative, Poster appearance, Presentation

• ii. Project Expo:
• • a. Team Size: Maximum 6
  • b. Guidelines: All UG/PG/Pharmacy Students are allowed to participate.The team need to carry all the required necessary equipment, components, I/O setup etc., along with equipment a poster showcasing their idea. Poster size should be [6 (L)*3 (W)].
  • c. Judging Criteria: Innovative, Technical Depth, Feasibility,
  • Prototype/Product, Presentation.

• iii. Paper Presentation:
• • a. Team Size: Maximum 2
  • b. Guidelines:
  • • All UG/PG/Pharmacy Students are allowed to participate.
    • The team need to submit Full Paper for scrutiny, once short listed PPT should be Presented. Hardcopy of full paper also need to be submitted on the day of presentation.
    • 10 min per presentation allotted [8 min Presentation + 2 min Q&A].
    • PPT must be prepared in the given format only.
  • c. Judging Criteria: Creativity and Innovation, Content Quality, Presentation & Technical writing of Paper.

• iv. TECH/BIZ QUIZ:
• • a. Team Size: Maximum 2
  • b. Guidelines: All UG/PG/Pharmacy Students are allowed to participate.
  • • If number of teams are less than or equal to (<=15) go with oral session with Q&A, Visual Questionnaires, Rapid fire questions.
    • If number of teams more than 15 there are two rounds
    • • Scrutiny level round with MCQs for 20 Q&A [5Q- Aptitude & Reasoning, 5Q – Reading Compression, 10Q- Current Affairs + GK]
      • Shortlisted candidates will go final Q&A session.

• v. Group discussion:
• • a. Team Size: Maximum 10
  • b. Guidelines:
• • All UG/PG/Pharmacy Students are allowed to participate.
• • Total 5 rounds:
• • R1 starts with 5 Groups with 10 members in each group, then 5 members in each group are shortlisted to next round.
• • R2 starts with 5 groups with 5 members in each group, then 2 members in each group shortlisted to next round.
• • R3 will commence shortlisted with 10 members and finalize with first and second prize.
