Dr. R. Sarankumar completed Bachelors in Engineering in the stream of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Masters in Engineering in the stream of Communication Systems from Anna University in the year 2009 and 2011 respectively. He received Ph.D. degree from Anna University in 2018 in the domain of Information and Communication Engineering. His area of interest includes Signal & Image Processing, Software Defined Radio, Internet of Things and Machine Learning.
He is currently associated with QIS College of Engineering and Technology in the capacity of Head of the Department for Information Technology. He has several publications in national and international Journals and Conferences. He has contributed for 4 patents. Three book chapters are published under his credit. He serves a reviewer for various international journals and conferences. He has comprehensive knowledge on Outcome Based Education.
